As early as I can remember, I’ve been interested in houses, their design and the needs of the people who live in them. Growing up in upstate NY, my mother and I would often spend weekends checking out Open Houses. I went to school for architecture at the University of Virginia and University of Illinois (Chicago) and earned my Architects license after moving to Western Massachusetts more than 30years ago. Most of my design work was residential, often focusing on smaller projects that worked for me as a stay-at-home mom with 3 boys, a husband, and a dog in the home we designed and built in the beautiful town of Conway, MA.
Fast forward…2018….I became a Realtor and have not looked back. I love this job! Sure, my architect’s experience comes in handy for my real estate clients…staging a house for sale, helping clients see potential or pitfalls….but it’s the people skills I’ve developed, including REALLY listening to clients, their dreams, needs and feedback, that is by far, most important.
With more than 5 years as a full time realtor, I’ve developed the experience, knowledge and confidence you need from a realtor serving your best interests – whether it is selling or buying. I will listen to you, go “above and beyond” when needed, and do my best to make whatever your goal is, as stressless and enjoyable as possible!
I’d love to meet you…if you are in the area. I hold regular office hours at two of Coldwell Banker Community Realtors’ four residential offices. Tuesdays: 112 Main Street, Northampton, MA, Thursdays: 7 Bridge St, Shelburne Falls, MA. Contact me to make an appointment.
